For top floor fractions with private terraces on which the promissory buyer intends to install a Jacuzzi after the signing of the deed, such a Jacuzzi must respect the maximum overload of 500kg/m2, a maximum size of 2.5m (two and a half metres) by 2.5m (two and a half metres) and the location indicated in this document.
(1): Gross Private Area = the area measured along the outer face of the building’s walls and the dividing walls between dwellings and communal areas.
(2): Total Private Area = The sum of the gross private areas of balconies, terraces and gardens for private use.
– The areas of indoor spaces, marked on the floor plans, corresponds to areas of floor surface, rounded to the nearest whole unit, measured around the inside perimeter of the walls of the respective spaces, including built-in wardrobes and door openings.
– Area of the closet included in the respective Suite.
